I enjoyed the mini kitchen setup in the room, which had a fridge and microwave. It made it easy to fix snacks and save money on meals. The breakfast offered a great variety, making mornings more pleasant. The location was stellar, right on the Riverwalk, allowing for easy access to local attractions. However, two out of the three elevators were out of service, making it a pain to come and go, especially during busy breakfast hours. The valet service was a huge letdown, taking over an hour on the last day to retrieve my car, despite the expensive $55 a day charge. It felt disorganized and frustrating. Also, the comfort of the bed could really use improvement. it felt sloped and not very supportive. Overall, the stay had excellent aspects, but some issues really impacted the experience.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Hiccups

Family with children enjoyed a spacious Queen Studio during our three-night stay. Loved the convenient kitchenette for quick meals. However, after flight cancellations, a credit upon arrival would have shown more understanding. For food options, explore nearby eateries for authentic local cuisine!

We stayed for 2 nights, and the location was perfect, right by the river walk. The breakfast was really a hit with the kids, they loved the waffle machine!

The staff was perfect, no complaints there! When we checked in, they were quick and efficient, made us feel welcome, even offered extra help with our bags. We also enjoyed the spacious room with a good view, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids by the pool area.

Perfect location at a quieter end of the Riverwalk made it easy to explore. The room was spacious, ideal for our family, and equipped with a large fridge and kitchen amenities. Enjoyed the fantastic breakfast with beautiful views daily. While the pool area was lovely, the water did appear murky at times, which detracted slightly from the experience.

The location of Home2 Suites By Hilton was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room had a well-equipped mini kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, which allowed me to prepare my own meals and snacks, significantly enhancing my stay. The staff was professional and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Spacious room, great amenities, which included a lovely outdoor swimming pool and free wi-fi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city just 18 km from the nearest airport.

After first night my allergies got so bad I asked in the reception if pets go on all rooms they said yes.
